The Peaceful Afghanistan

Afghanistan – symbol of war and sorrow for most of the people today – crossed by the photographer Stefan Alfons and his team in just 8 days by Jeep. Alfons documented this trip with photographs. This colorful coffee table book with its large-sized landscapes and portraits presents us an Afghanistan which will seem strange to the observer first: cheerful, multicolored, lucky, but also emitting an enormous width and silence.
