Rotterdam photographer and filmmaker Stacii Samidin (1987) will have a solo exhibition at Weisbard. The opening will take place on April 25. Register if you want to be there, because it will definitely be busy! A day later, on April 26, we will open at 12:30, Stacii will also be there that Saturday afternoon. The photographer likes to talk about his love for his camera.

We already showed Stacii’s work at Unseen 2023, the annual photo fair in Amsterdam. He is one of a kind . Stacii was once at a crossroads in his life. He chose the camera and attended the Willem de Kooning Academy. Stacii has been making raw street photography for two decades. He prefers to show unseen people at their strongest. With his sincere curiosity and open view, he wins everyone’s trust. In Albania, America, Indonesia, Nigeria or Suriname – he travels all over the world. Almere and Amsterdam, for example, also have his interest, and of course hometown Rotterdam. Stacii combines his autonomous work with commercial assignments.
